House Re-Painting Guidelines & Submission Requirements
1. Architectural Approval Required
Article 10 – Architectural Changes of the CC&Rs
Any proposed exterior alteration, including exterior painting (even when repainting with the existing color scheme), must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) prior to commencement of work. This requirement applies to:
All requests must be submitted using the official Architectural Request Form.
2. Required Submission Materials
Exterior painting requests must include the following:
a) Color swatches (photo or physical chips), including:
b) A current color photo of the home
c) A detailed description of where each color will be used (e.g., body, trim, fascia, shutters, front door, etc.)
d) The address (and photo) of the home within The Reserve whose color scheme you are proposing to match
Incomplete submissions may delay review and approval.

All fences must match the approved Reserve Fence Stain Color Chart. No alternate fence colors or finishes are permitted.
5. Approval Timeline
Homeowners should allow adequate time for ACC review prior to scheduling painting. Work may not begin until written approval has been issued.
